What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

We accept orders starting from 1 unit for sample evaluation. For wholesale and OEM/ODM orders, we recommend container loads for the best shipping economics.

What is the typical lead time?

Standard models typically ship within 15-25 working days. Custom orders require 30-60 days depending on complexity. We'll provide a detailed timeline after confirming your specifications.

Do you offer OEM/ODM services?

Yes! We offer comprehensive OEM/ODM services including custom branding, packaging, product modifications, and fully custom designs. Many of our distributor clients build their own brand with our manufacturing support.

What payment terms do you accept?

We typically work with 30% T/T deposit and 70% balance before shipment. For established clients, we can discuss flexible terms. We also accept L/C for large orders.

Can I visit your factory?

Absolutely! We warmly welcome factory visits. Our facility is located in Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province, easily accessible from Xuzhou Guanyin International Airport. Contact us to schedule a visit and we'll arrange airport pickup.
